Pittosporum tenufolium 'Green Pillar'

'Green Pillar' is a small to medium evergreen shrub with small rounded green leaves. It is one of the more compact growing forms of Pittosporum only reaching approximately 3mts tall and 2mts wide.
It makes for a great hedging or screening plant and can be grown in tubs, and only needs to be pruned occasionally for shape and to help keep the plant full and lush.
'Green Pillar' will flourish in full sun and takes part shade. It prefers fertile, well drained soil and mulch to retain moisture for the summer. It is frost tolerant and once established will cope with hot summers.
